Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

This blueberry muffin smoothie makes for a great healthy breakfast on the go!

Serves: 2

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries( I used frozen)
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds

Directions:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with chia seeds and enjoy(I just blended mine in with everything else)!
